Do I need to stake my Beras?
Only staked Beramonium Beras will be visible in the upcoming Beramonium Gemhunters game. Once staked, they are ready for missions when Gemhunters goes live (release date TBA).
Do I need to stake right now?
No, we've released staking early to ensure you can organize your Beras in your wallets and find a good time window when the gas is low, especially since we are still on the Ethereum mainnet.
When can I unstake my Beras?
This is a flexible staking system; you can stake and unstake your Beramonium Beras anytime.
Remember that unstaking Beras will cancel any missions that the Bera is currently participating in, and you will no longer be able to see that Bera within Gemhunters.
Do I want to keep all of my Beras in a single wallet?
While we can't be sure which Gemhunters strategies prove most efficient and what the players surprise us with, probably keeping all the Beramonium Beras in a single wallet is the way to go.
Keep in mind that Beramonium Gems are non-transferable. So, if you keep your Beras in different wallets, you won't be able to transfer Gems between them.
What are the rewards for staking?
You can participate in Gemhunters (non-staked Beras aren't visible in the game and can't participate in missions).
Once we launch the game, Beras staked for longer than 10 days will receive additional starting Gems (exact values TBA).
This first version of staking is relatively simple. We plan on adding more rewards and staking options in the future.
Beramonium Gems are the main currency in Beramonium Gemhunters, used for performing different actions and acquiring rewards. It's off-chain and non-transferable.
